I come so often here. They do not accept reward programs from their brand as they are a private store. They also skim out on drinks by filling too much ice in cold tea drinks. Happened 3 times already.
Customer service is great, but they have messed up my order a few times... And by a few I actually mean a lot. The last time they messed up my order they literally only put milk and hot water, forgetting the espresso. As I said though... the people working are wonderful.
I've been here multiple times and have always had a great experience, fast service, staff was kind and polite with lots of smiles and everything was made correctly.
The atmosphere is this Starbucks leaves a little something to be desired. It's a small location, but it could feel a little cozier. I had coffee with a friend here, and we could barely hear each other over the noise in the PX.
